I’m married with 3 children, both my husband and I are diagnosed with ADHD and my eldest daughter has Autism, ADHD and Anxiety. My middle son has struggled with depression and anxiety - so we know a thing or two about adaptations for day to day living!
I work full time at Christians Against Poverty (CAP) as their Mission, Evangelism & Discipleship Lead for the South (Covering: the Midlands, East and South of England and London).
In my spare time I play and coach netball, love to read, take walks, have fun eating with friends and playing the harp. I’m also very partial to a Karaoke!!

I can’t grow a full beard 🧔♀️ 🤣🤣 Not a huge fan of full beards for my hubby - but not against them at all
